About Us
Core Support is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities get the support they need to live their best lives. We are a Medicaid approved DDD provider servicing Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union counties. We seek to empower individuals with developmental disabilities, while enhancing their skills and helping them to develop relationships within their communities.

Community Based Supports
Our Community Based Supports are designed to set the standard as the best in New Jersey. We will help to identify the activities and places that are of most interest to you.
Metrics designed around outcomes are established to create the necessary tools for our Direct Support Providers to help you to achieve a measure of independence while putting in place the Supports to achieve your goals.
Whether it’s going heading into the community to learn a new skill, take a class or even just to meet new people these are the goals you set for yourself. Core Support Network will provide the support structure to make these goal achievable.
Individual Supports
We’ve long held the belief that when an individual reaches maturity supports need to change. No longer can a son or daughter depend solely on family or guardians to provide the needed supports to prepare for a life of independence.
Individual Supports can accomplish just that. Staff are specifically assigned to work with, and attain specific outcomes. Outcomes are based on ability and often renegotiated as adults become more and more accustomed to achieving their goals.
In preparation for a life of independence, we provide the necessary skills to help in the transition to one day living life on their own. Whether it’s planning a meal, transporting yourself to or from work or maintaining your own apartment, Individual Supports will prepare you for the day when you will be able to say “I’ve got this”.
Supported Employment
Whether you're just getting started or have had a job before, Supported Employment can assist. Employment Specialists come from diverse backgrounds. Our job coaches are proven, solid candidates with proven track records of success. Combining years of both life experience along with personal achievement, our Employment Specialists are trained to identify what consumers are passionate about. Once identified, we carefully select opportunities consistent with a candidate’s skill and interest.
Transportation Services
Count on us to make transportation easy. Core Support proves transportation to and from New Jersey based day habilitation programs. Give us a call to inquire about specific routes.
